How do I cancel my Astra Pro subscription?
On iPhone/iPad: go to Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ RunAstra โ Cancel. On Android: open Google Play โ tap your profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions โ RunAstra โ Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
My steps aren't syncing โ what should I do?
On iPhone, go to Settings โ Health โ Apps โ RunAstra and confirm all permissions are enabled. On Android, open Health Connect โ App permissions โ RunAstra and grant all requested permissions. Then open RunAstra and pull down to refresh.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the app: go to Profile โ Settings โ Delete Account. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Alternatively, email dev@athleon.co.in and we'll process your request manually.
I was charged but didn't get Pro access โ what do I do?
Open RunAstra โ Profile โ Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work within a few minutes, email dev@athleon.co.in with your App Store or Google Play order ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
How do I connect my Strava account?
Go to Profile โ Connected Apps โ Strava and tap Connect. You'll be redirected to Strava to authorise the connection. Your Strava activities will then automatically appear in RunAstra.
