These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RunAstra mobile application and related services operated by Athleon under the domain athleon.co.in.

By downloading, installing, or using RunAstra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About RunAstra

RunAstra is a fitness and wellness application designed to help users track physical activity, participate in challenges, monitor progress, and engage with AI-powered motivational features.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and platform requirements to use the application.

If you are under the legally required age in your jurisdiction, parental or guardian consent may be required.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account registration or third-party authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed under your account.

4. Google Health Connect Usage

RunAstra may request permission to access Google Health Connect data including Step Count and Distance information.

This data is used only to:

• Track activity and wellness progress
• Calculate fitness goals
• Power Astra Zenith AI mascot functionality
• Provide challenge and achievement features

Health Connect permissions are optional and may be revoked by the user at any time through device settings.

RunAstra does not sell Health Connect data or use it for advertising or data brokering purposes.

5. Strava Integration

Users may optionally connect their Strava account via OAuth authorization.

When connected, RunAstra may access read-only recent activity information including distance, pace, and heart rate data to provide Runner Sync features.

RunAstra does not modify or post activities to Strava unless explicitly authorized in the future.

6. AI Features

RunAstra includes AI-powered features that generate recommendations, summaries, coaching guidance, and wellness insights.

AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a user's individual circumstances.

Users remain responsible for evaluating any recommendations before acting upon them.

7. Challenges and Rewards

RunAstra may host challenges, competitions, leaderboards, rewards programs, and promotional events.

Participation is voluntary.

Athleon reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or revise challenge rules, rewards, eligibility criteria, and event structures at any time.

8. User Content

Users remain responsible for content, comments, photographs, activity information, and other materials submitted through the platform.

Athleon reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Advertising

RunAstra may display advertisements using services such as Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network.

These third-party services may use device identifiers and usage data to provide relevant advertisements.

Health Connect and sensitive fitness data are not shared with advertising providers.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Upload harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform

11. Health Disclaimer

Medical Disclaimer

RunAstra is a fitness and wellness application and is not a medical device.

Any information, coaching guidance, AI-generated recommendations, voice analysis, recovery assessments, or wellness insights provided by the application are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

RunAstra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions or beginning any fitness, exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

12. Data Storage and Infrastructure

Some user and challenge-related data may be securely stored on infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We take reasonable steps to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, mascots, graphics, logos, and software associated with RunAstra remain the property of Athleon unless otherwise stated.

14. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athleon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if users violate these Terms & Conditions.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India.

19.Premium Subscriptions

Some RunAstra features require an active premium subscription.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through the user's Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and included benefits are presented before purchase.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their platform account settings.

20. Subscription Terms

RunAstra Elite is an optional auto-renewable subscription.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
